When I started this journey with Justin and Carlos 10 years ago, we set out to transform customer service for a digital world. With the help of many who share our vision, I’m honored and humbled that together, we’ve exceeded the $1 Billion valuation mark. This means that we now have the ability to further accelerate our goals and aim for Glia’s next big milestone. But first, let’s take a moment to celebrate this achievement!

With gratitude, I thank the many who’ve joined Glia and have contributed so much to help us get here. 

Our incredible clients, many of whom are our most vocal advocates. In fact, we often shy away from the word client, because we truly see them as partners who so often inspire and help us to improve our offerings. 

Our strategic alliances, who’ve played a significant role in helping us bring the Glia platform into the mainstream of customer service. Glia’s ecosystem of partners continues to expand and we are unbelievably thankful for those relationships.

Our amazing team, the many Glianeers who routinely go above and beyond to make Glia both the leading provider of Digital Customer Service (DCS), as well as a strong, values-driven company that we can all be proud of. 

And of course, thanks to our investors and especially repeat backer Insight Partners for helping Glia grow, scale and thrive.

As you may have read in our press release, the additional capital will be heavily allocated towards research and development, helping us strengthen the customer experience and empower businesses to forge deeper connections with their customers. It will also aid in the acceleration of Glia’s geographic footprint in order to deliver the benefits of Digital Customer Service to businesses all over the globe. And it brings us greater visibility in the market, which helps us to continue to attract top talent to join our world-class team. 

This announcement is about Glia’s future and what we do next. Which brings us back to that milestone conversation. Glia has never been stronger, more focused and more prepared to bring Digital Customer Service to the next level. While we celebrate our $1 Billion+ valuation, we are not resting on our laurels as we focus on our next growth goal.
