Coming off our two Best of Show awards from FinovateEurope and FinovateSpring, we could not be more excited to announce that we took down Best of Show #3 at this years CUNA Technology Council Conference in Chicago, IL. Glia’s SVP of Customer Success, Bryan Dooley and Strategic Account Executive, Thomas Barry, took the stage to demo Glia’s suite of platform options.
During our demo at CUNA Tech, Bryan and Thomas walked the audience through a typical member engagement sequence. They acted as a potential member browsing on ICCU site and stepped inside their shoes while applying for a checking account.
The demo showed how Glia’s AI Management Framework allows credit union employees to configure and manage bots and present the right bot, transfer between bots or from bots to members.
