Glia Earns CUSO of the Year Award

When Glia launched its Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) earlier this year, the goal was to further deepen relationships within the credit union community. A diverse group of credit unions invested in the Glia CUSO and joined its advisory committee with a focus on member service technology. Based in part on direct feedback from CUSO members, Glia has continued to develop solutions that drive efficiency for credit unions, such as our ChannelLess™ Interaction Platform that unifies phone, digital and AI-automated interactions as part of a seamless member experience

The industry has taken note, and now just 8 months after launching Glia has been named CUSO of the Year by Finopotamus, a leading credit union news source. In fact, this year the publication awarded two CUSOs with this Tekkie Award distinction, putting Glia in the same company as Member Driven Technologies, a highly regarded CUSO established 20 years ago.

“As the only online resource providing in-depth technology coverage exclusively to credit unions, the 2023 Finopotamus Tekkie Awards recognize outstanding technology achievements from 2022,” said Finopotamus Co-Founder W.B. King. “[The Finopotamus] founding partners agreed that in the category of Tech CUSO of the Year, Glia’s digital-first member experience across all channels—SMS, chat, voice and video—without breaking the digital connection differentiated the company from its competition.”

Glia continues to add new credit unions as customers, currently helping more than 250 enhance their member experience and drive new efficiencies. The company helps  financial institutions drive satisfaction and measurable value from consumer interactions in all 50 US states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and beyond.

“By fostering community with leading credit unions and enabling hands-on collaboration with product strategy and development, the CUSO aims to accelerate member service solutions aligned to credit unions’ top priorities,” said Dan Michaeli, CEO and Co-Founder of Glia. “At a macro level, we are helping credit unions deliver seamless member experiences that improve service efficiency, accelerate resolution and build stronger loyalty.”
